    Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for a good mini stereo system to replace my 8 yrs Sony stereo system. I'm looking at the following systems. Any tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    1. Onkyo CS-255 Dock

I am not familiar with either of the systems you have asked about in your post. However, I have long been a fan of the Bowers & Wilkins systems.

Are you planning on using your phone or iPod to play through these? Seems to me like you could save a ton of cash and just get yourself an external speaker, or even a Bluetooth speaker.

If you use any Apple device I suggest an AV receiver that had Airplay and HDMI v2.0 on it. I like the Pioneer VSX-1124.

I'd also suggest that you request that this thread be moved to the 'Digital Audio' Forum; that way, you are more likely to encounter detailed and thoughtful responses from those who know about - and are enthusiastic about - the subject (recommendations on a good audio system) than here on the Community Discussion Forum.
