Just out of curiosity to those that said the e2c/e3c's were too big for their ears.. have you worn apple's? Just trying to get an idea for size.. because Apple's stock phones fit well in my ear, and I was just curious if that would translate to a good fit by the Shure's (though I know it's not a totally accurate comparison).

I'm 6'2" and Apple's old earbuds work well for me (w/o the black cover), they never fall out unless it's below freezing out the cord turns stiff. The never fall out despite the fact that I run with them regularly.

Sure e3c however always fall out. Rather, they work their way out. I do know how to open my ear canal and insert them properly (which is a sight on a cramped airplane) but unless I'm using the foam sleeves the buds will work their way out quickly, usually within fifteen minutes.

"vegan" V-moda vibes for $50.50

this might be of interest for vegetarians/vegans on this list (or those who want to silently protest against animal cruelty anyway): I didn't want to buy the V-moda vibes because they come in this golden leather pouch (am vegan myself). So I sent V-moda an email with my concern and they offered me a pair for half the price, $50.50. If you try yourself all they can say is they can't sell them to you without a pouch (which I find unlikely).

Hey, thanks! I hadn't even noticed that they came with a leather pouch... and to think I was just about to check out at amazon with them:eek: ... email sent! We'll see what they say.
