Recommend good note taking app that syncs via iCloud

Looking for a good note taking app (with Apple pencil) that syncs to other devices via iCloud (some that do not have pencil support), and also do auto text recognition.

GoodNotes should do this for you. However the text recognition isn’t really making much sense of my handwriting.

Noteshelf 2 is the best note taking app in the AppStore in my opinion.
