Funky Kingston - Toots and the Maytals. Pure gold from beginning to end, complete with the best versions by far of Louie Louie and Redemption Song.

I'm going with this^ Was going to be my suggestion but it's been nicely suggested already. Great memories listening to those tunes.
 
check out the new collaboration album between Damian Marley and Nas called Distant Relatives.. it's like a reggae/rap hybrid, pretty awesome.

Also, any Ziggy, Stephen, or Damian album are all good.

Yeah, it's not bad. Picked it up a week or so ago. Not quite as good as I'd hoped though. Damien Marley's appearance on K'naan's Troubador was better, IMHO.
