Recommendation? Color wireless all-in-one?

Anyone with happy results using a wireless all-in-one? I want one with my 24" desktop; mainly I only print or scan; what to buy? Suggestions?

If you have the patience to set it up (the instruction manual can be a bit sketchy) then the Canon Pixma MP620 is a very good wireless printer/scanner. Photo quality is excellent too.
