Recommendation for Run Tracker & Task Manager

Hello all,

Looking for recommendations on two different types of apps. First, what is the best run tracker app out there that you have used? I know there are tons out there.

And the other one..... I need a solid app for managing all of my tasks at work. I like to use Any.Do for my personal stuff but I am looking for something that is really tailored to assist with workplace tasks.
