Recommendations: Apple Watch Ultra / 3 in 1 Charger

I have three of the 12 South HiRise 3 chargers. My Apple Watch Ultra dings frequently on this charger as if the power is being disconnected and reconnected. The company has stated they are aware of the issue but have not been able to reproduce when defective products are returned.

When I use and old Apple puck and the one that came with the Ultra, the watch charges fine with no frequent dinging. So I am looking for recommendations on a 3-in-1 charger that can do two things:

1) Charge the Ultra without periodic dinging
2) Hold a 14 pro max in place safely with strong magnets

I use the HiRise 3 and once I turned off nightstand mode on the watch, the dinging stopped. Sort of hard to see the watch face pointed towards the ceiling anyway.

Thanks Jeff, you suggestion did not work. Are you using a Ultra?

I even turned off the smart charging features. Three HiRise 3's all cause the watch to ding.
Other chargers do not.

Not yet but I hope Santa got my email! I have a 7 series currently. Sorry it did not work.
