Recommendations for best projector for <$350?

Am looking for projector to attach to iPhone 4S, iPad2, MBP i7, and/or Dell laptop,,, and as bonus, would be great to have means for external speakers, if desired. Have looked on-line at the following:
- ViewSonic PJD5123 SVGA DLP Projector
- HP Notebook Projection Companion - Portable Projector
- Optoma Neo-i / DV20 Portable iPod/iPhone Docking Station Video Projector with Built-In Speakers

Thoughts, recommendations?
