iPad Pro Recommendations for Bluetooth Printer

I have need for a printer to use with my Ipad Pro where there are NO networks available, including NO wifi.
I think a bluetooth printer is what I need. I'm trying to find a small, portable, decent one, not too expensive, that I can take with me on field trips, and I'd appreciate recommendations.

I have the HP portable unit which also includes a scanner. It creates its own WiFi network for you to connect to. Works well, actually very impressive!

arent most wifi enabled printers capable of doing wifi direct? No need for an external wifi source.

It’s the HP Office Met 250 Mobile. It has WiFi Direct as mentioned, I have other HP WiFi enabled printers but they don’t have WiFi Direct and need to be connected to a router.

An alternative I considered is taking a portable LTE MiFi device to act as a WiFi AP and router, it’s would open up the range of printers available but it is not her device and another battery to charge and keep an eye on...
