Recommended app for setting repeating hourly reminders (during certain days and between certain hours)?

Just looking for a very simple way to set an hourly reminder (during a pre-set working hours and days). Is there any built in or 3rd party simple app one could recommend for me to use on the Watch?

The built in reminders app can do exactly that.

Make a reminder and for the time choose custom and you can set an hourly reminder until a set time.
