Recommended software for editing/creating DVD from Home Video?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it via the search.

What software is recommended for creating chapters and title screen for home videos? To eventually burn to DVDs?

Have you tried iDVD? It comes as part of the iLife suite with every new Mac.
