Recommended Visio-type Mac app...

Greetings...I recently purchased 2 Macs (iMac and MBP) and I am looking for a mac application that can provide Visio-type functionality.

I use Visio for technical drawings (dimension-based) for deck, canopy, pergola designs. Is there a decent Mac application that permits me to create technical drawings with dimensions, landscape, and building objects?

Another thing to consider is just running Visio via VMware Fusion and XP. With Fusion's Unity feature Windows apps run seamlessly along side OS X at great speed.

OmniGraffle is pretty good, but I'd still say Visio is class leading.
