Recommended web based Note Taking app's

I searched here on the forum first and found some good info regarding, Evernote, Ubernote, and Zoho Note, it was all helpful... Backpack from 37 folders is interesting too...

Still haven't found anything that jumps out at me and say's 'this it it'. Google Notes was good but it's no longer supported so it's time move on ...

Ideally the note taking software I'm looking for would do the following:
- web based
- simple organized easy to use interface
- suitable for daily notes/journal
- file/photo uploads/storage
- suitable for research
- web clippings
- convert/export notes in pdf format

Google notes may be gone but what about google documents?

I used it for the first time a few weeks ago and found it very convenient.
