Record Streaming Audio?

There is this one iTunes radio station that I just love: Groove Salad... an ambient plate of beats and grooves. Is there any way to record an audio stream (not necessarily from iTunes as there are a number of different methods to stream Groove Salad)?

Snapz Pro X floats my boat. It usually works for system audio but costs a fair bit. I think they have a free demo.

I use StreamRipperX. It works pretty good. It will even split the stream into individual songs (although it doesn't always cut perfectly).
