Recording a MagicJack call in GarageBand

I want to record a MagicJack call in GarageBand. I get an error that says: Error while trying to synchronize audio and midi. Sample rate 16044 recognized. Any help to accomplish my goal. Or is it possible to record it in Quick Time?

Actually you might want to try Audacity, a free program from sourceforge. That's the one I would use, I know for sure it would work.
