Recording audio from embedded flash players

Hi all,

Can someone please suggest a straight-forward method to record an audio stream taken from an embedded flash player on a web page?

My apologies if this is a repost - I couldn't find the appropriate thread...

I have used wiretap Pro and audio hijack many of times with great success. I recommend either/both (wiretap does video too).

There's a tutorial I've done on this, using free programs. You can check it out here. Other then that WireTap Pro is a good option too. And I don't work for them lol.
