Recording/Editing Programs

    when recording or editing music on a mac whats the best programs, or program

    i was using adobe audition 3 for pc but im now a mac user and lost on this stuff some name a bunch of programs and ill try them all.

    Garage Band will come with the Mac. Try that first as it will already be installed. It can record a few audio tracks and MIDI too. GB is a music editor and knows about time signatures, keys and so on. and can show usic notation and/or waveforms.

    i'm looking for a similar program as well, but yeah, garageband is pretty good.

    WavePad

    You can try WavePad for Mac... www.nch.com.au/wavepad, there is a basic freeware version and a Master's edition.
