Recording games on OSX?

Is there a way to record me playing World of Warcraft and other games on my Mac? What software do I need?

Also; what hardware do I need to record from my Xbox?

Snapz will allow you to record movies from what's on your screen. I image that it would work while playing a video game.

Hmm, worked well though seemed to be a processor hog... or maybe im just using it at far to high settings. I usually sit at 40fps in the town I was in, I was getting a lovely 10fps 🙄 .
I'll keep playing with it, any other suggestions?
