Recording your Screen and Audio

Hey guys, i want to record video and audio of what i am doing on my Screen Via IMAC. Can anyone recommend a good Application to achieve just that. Would prefer freeware but if it needs to be a paid application so be it. Thanks for all your help

Best free option:
Use Quicktime X with Soundflower via outporting system sounds to Soundflower, then telling Quicktime X to record that same Soundflower channel. Only downside to this is you can't hear the sound and you also can't use your voice in tandem with the recording like you can in the other apps I'm about to mention.

Best payed option:
Screenflow ($100)

Other option if the aforementioned apps aren't good enough or too much money:
iShowU HD ($30)

Soundflower either version can have probs in 10.6.3, In some cases it can kill all the sound and change the volume setting on you're mac, it's a pain in the butt. Right now I cannot record system sound at all.

Strange, it's been working perfectly fine for me ever since I've upgraded to Snow Leopard.
