Is it possible to recover the phone contents in DFU mode, My wife dropped the phone and it wont stay powered up unless in carger, i cant turn on WIFI so I cant back up to Icloud, when i plug fone into PC i cant turn it on but I can get into DFU mode,

no, you can't access the file system when in DFU mode. openssh isn't run when in DFU mode. i just tried it right now and i can't access my phone when in DFU mode (tried ssh via usb)

the only chance you have is if the phone is an A4 device. if it's an A4 device, you could try mounting it as a ramdisk and access the files that way
