Recover iPhone Default Icons

Does anyone know for goodness sake know how to recover the default iPhone's icons? Now my icons become a mess!!! I was wondering if I copy it from another iPhone helps? Please advise..... the picture can show clearly that my icons are in a great mess!!

Use Summerboard (SMB Prefs App) to DEFAULT unless you SSH'd all those Icons on there.

This is exactly my default when i selected in Summerboard pref. How to SSH?
