Recover Pics from 5S

My wife put my iPhone back to factory settings and erased about 400 pics from my trip to Tokyo. Is there any chance at getting them back? I have downloaded Dr.Fone with no luck. Latest backup did not have them on there.

What about from the auto iCloud backups?

Cloud- and iTunes-backups include camera-roll-photos. So if there is a backup, you can easily restore it to your device.
