Recover Safari browser and session history?

Is there any way to recover the browser sessions saved on Safari if I deleted my history? I didn't do a backup but am wondering if there is still a method for recovery?

No, this is only possible, if you have a backup of the Safari folder, stored under ~/Library/Safari.
