Recovered Files in trash ?

Has anyone else noticed that there are folders names "recovered files" in the trash sometimes in Tiger? I have 2 folders there now and am wondering why and how they got there ????

I noticed that, too. From what I can tell, if I pasted something to my clipboard, and then logged off, when I restart again, that info is in the recovered files in the trash. It happened to me one other time when I wasn't using the clipboard, but I don't remember what it was.

Strange.
