I notice after a boot up there seems to be a recovered files in the trash can... files like pics sent over ichat the night before and stuff...
 
I got that once too. That was the most annoying thing about Mac OS 9, always getting that crap in your trash can, even if you didn't crash... and now it looks like OS X has it too. There are a lot of things about Tiger which aren't improvements.
