Recovering an Admin password

i forgot my password

hi guys i forgot my admin password ..
well actually, i don't need a login password becouse this is my computer and i'm the only user.
i installed php , apache mysql becouse i 'm watching some trainings, but when i tryed to do something as a superuser but i can't , so i don't remember that password i tryed to change the password of my user but i don't remember the old password, i saw the hint, still did't work.
cant you guys help me to change the admin password?

Sorry, but I'm highly suspicious when someone comes to this forum and their first and only post is asking how to gain access to an admin password, because there's a higher than 90% likelihood that it's a stolen Mac. Long story short: you can't recover it.
