I was clearing up space in my office mac and accidentally deleted a folder whilst selecting many folders.

    I then emptied the trash.

I haven't used the machine after it, and have removed the HDD and replaced it with SSD. The machine is 2011 iMac running High Sierra.

I have tried a few softwares for recovery like stellar, wondershare, etc. But I cant find a tool which will help me recover the "Folder"

All softwares offer recovery of individual files.

It will be very difficult to identify which files are lost, as the folder contained 100s of files.

I don't mind paying for any premium version of any recovery tool.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

From my admittedly limited experience restoring files in that way, I think you will have to live with restoring files rather than folders; that's simply part of the metadata that disappears in the deletion process.

A small tip for the future: macOS includes a perfectly fine backup utility called Time Machine. The only thing it requires to do its job is somewhere to store your files; which may be as simple a thing as a regular USB hard drive.

With data recovery software, you'll probably be able to recover files, but you can lose previous "folder hierarchies".

What that means is that the files will all be jumbled together, and it will be "up to you" to "sort them out".

I'd also try "Data Rescue", one of the best data recovery apps.

BUT... don't you have a backup you can turn to?
If not, you've just discovered why you need one.

Frankly, expect to spend A LOT of time and trouble "getting those files back".
It's just the way things go.
I had a partition "go bad" on me with hundreds upon hundreds of mp3 files on it, and it literally took me YEARS (a little work here, a little more there, etc.) to get most of them back as I wanted...

    Update: Came across 2 software:
Remo Recover - it is showing me the directory system. but the pro version costs 179$
now trying Magoshare - its prices about 40-50$....if that is also able to recover folder system, I'll buy that.

Final update: I used magoshare and was able to recover all my files with folder structure intact.
