ya, im surprised they didnt remove the sim and turn the phone off. Shipping it when its on?

I would have asked Michael Weston for help but it seems to have worked out okay.

I thought some cuban drug lords had smuggled you out of the country.

I don't understand that bit about a cell phone lot at Miami Dade Airport. It makes no sense. It is a lot to wait for people to be picked up. Why is it called Cell Phone Lot. That makes no sense.

Anyways, cool story bro...

Was the lady cop in shape at all? Could she have been on Rookie Blue or did she look more like a man?

First, it's a cell phone lot because you sit there and wait to get a call on your cell phone from the person you are picking up.

Second, I don't believe this story. What you're suggesting is that the police showed up, went into a warehouse, took a package that was ringing, took the phone out, and handed it to you to take back home?

There is a thing called "due process."

Id have to agree with randy on this one...
this story makes no sense...u say you lost it couple hours before tracking it...so someone steals your phone...and takes time to pack it and mail it. but whoever stole it had a buyer ready to get the phone? that quick? or lets say he is mailing it to family member or someone..but wouldnt you erase the info and atleast take sim card out and power it off?

and u say called 311...that number is to report violations or public works issue. It is not a emergency nor non-emergency line. If you call 311...i am sure they dont sent unit out for you...they probably tell u to call non emergency line...

and even if the police came, and went inside the warehouse...i am assuming its a big warehouse since its by airport and i am sure that are thousands of packages getting ready to be shipped and yet they find it in 15 minutes...even if it beeped...i am sure it was loud in there with all the machines.

but thanks for the laugh and if this story its true then miami officers need to get paid more..

My problem with this story is the lack of a police report. Even if a cop did show up they wouldn't do anything without a signed copy of a report, and the complainant would have gotten a copy of the report.

Post a copy of the report in lieu of photos or it isn't true.

I call BS on this story. Breaking news report, posts update, and doesn't have time to take 1 picture.
