Recovery mode - locked

Hello. I want to reinstall iOS on my laptop and I can't access to recovery mode. When i hold cmd + r I see locked screen. I cant reset PRAM... What should I do?

If you have a Macbook with removable memory, you could try removing one stick and try again.

This usually means there’s been a firmware lock put in your computer. Did you by any chance buy this laptop used?

My neigbour set password and he forgot. I bought it from him.
