hello;
in the last month my mac book stop working and there was a message that came in a black box that told me i should restart my device; I try to use disk utility to repair my disk and even this didn't work with me, and because it is the first time i use the disk utility i accidently erased my data.
then i install the mac operating system in an external hard drive witch I am working with now; and I want to recover my internal hard drive because all my picture is on it.
I try to use different softwares but it takes long time the last one is Remo recover data and i start it from 10 hours and until now it just scan 1% of my hard drive.
Any one can help me with this problem??
thanks

I used Data Rescue and it helped me before.
Once it took a week to scan a relatively small internal HDD while in Target Disk Mode, but I got the data I wanted back.
