Recurruing Message In System Preferences-Newtork

Someone please help me with system preferences. When I clikc this icon, the system preferences window opens. then I click on "network" and the window opens with an extra dialogue box. This dialogue box states "Your network settings have been changed by another application." There is an "ok" button at the bottom of this box. When I click it, this same box goes away, but immedaitely comes back. And this continues indefinately. For me to exit network, I must do a force quit.

Please Advise.

You would be the third person with this problem, counting myself and the guy in the link above; wonder what that's about.

Good News (I think) - the most recent Tiger update appears to have fixed the Network settings issue. Here's hoping.
