Red dots on black turn on screen

Hi there! Im new here. Just wondering what these pinkish/red marks are on my start up screen?

Hi there,

If the dots are static then it is a hardware issue. By static, the dots are there despite whatever apps you use.
If it bothers you, you can have the screen replaced.
