Which do you like better?

I'm having trouble deciding which I should get. I think they both look equally nice. There's no apple store in my area, so I cant get a hands on look at either, and in online pictures, they mysteriously seem to change colours: blue - navy blue, red - burgundy. I thought maybe your opinions on which looks better would help sway me. Thanks.
 
Red.

I wanted a red one, but the store where my girlfriend bought last year's Christmas gift only had the black (8 GB), so I ended up with that.

(I'm very, very happy with the black one, and I do like its appearance, but I would have preferred a red one, if possible... ;))
 
believe me when i say the red does not look burgundy. i, too, vote for the red. something about the blue and pink ipods (nanos and shuffles) just doesn't sit well with me. they're both too...electric? not sure if that's the right word. still, go with the red.
 
haven't you got another retailer that sells electronics near you, even curry's/comet/pcworld (in uk) have the nano on display in most stores.


Anyway - the blue is quite a vibrant blue, I suppose the closest description is a sunny day blue sky with a metallic element to it. The red is pretty much a true red and in my opinion slightly more matt than the blue.

One thing to remember that the metal ipods are anodised (iirc) and as such theres going to be slight variations in colour.

Personally I would go silver (I have that colour) but if its between blue or red I think I would go blue.
 
Red. Comes in 8GB format, money goes to a good cause and looks much cooler than the blue in person. :)

Red, hands down.

A portion of the price, albeit small goes to a great cause. It should be an easy decision.
 
I've got the (RED) one and it rocks...if the blue were a deeper color it might be a close race, but that teal color doesn't look good at all...reminds me of those cups my parents used to pull out for parties in the 70's:

I have the black nano and my wife has the red one. I think they are both great. I agree the red is better than the blue. But at the end of the day you will probably want to get a case for it, so think about that too. We both have the round silicon case for the 2G nano from powersupport. Great case. Apple stores carry them, comes with a screen protector.
 
Red

Since you can't decide between the colors, you should base your decision on something more. Since $10 will be donated to charity, the Red iPod is a no-brainer.
 
Red M&Ms taste the best... so naturally I would go with Red. Candy logic.
 
I would go for the Red Nano because I like red and it's a good cause. The blue is just weird for me. If the shuffle came in red, I would have bought that instead of my orange one, but I love the red.

BTW, Zwhaler, I broke your code.:D
