Red unread badge - can't clear it

Since updating to 4.0 last night on my 3GS, I have a small red badge over my calendar icon saying "1", but for the life of me I can't figure out what's causing it. I've looked right through my calendars and can't see anything "unread" etc.

I use MobileMe and also subscribe to my girlfriend's MobileMe calendar.

Any ideas?
