iPod touch Redeem on Wifi Store?

I just noticed on the wifi store on my touch that a "redeem" tab has shown up on the top left corner of the "downloads" section. Has this always been there and I haven't noticed, or was this added with the 1.1.3 update (if it helps I have the accessory pack with the 5 apps as well)? It is for gift cards and song codes.

I believe its for both. And yes, this was updated in today's software update.😎
