Redirect to 248.e.akamai.net is a virus or not?

Occasionally after logging on to Facebook I then get page when trying to access Amazon.com. Is this malware/virus? It's getting really annoying!😡😡😡

Akamai is a caching service for many places. It's not malware.

The malware that been available on a mac for quite some time possibly. Though I think not.
