Redownload Image Capture?

I seem to have un-installed Image Capture from my computer. 😱 Apparently I need it to stop iPhoto from opening when I connect my iPhone.. anyone know where I can re-download it? I popped in my OS X CD and looked in applications optional installs and didn't see it. 🙁 An archive and install doesn't seem to appealing at the moment.

Time Machine perhaps?

(I've never actually used Time Machine other than to grab a file I accidentally deleted a day prior, so I have no idea if it works with apps.)
