Anyone able to JB today's firmware with redsn0w beta? Wish I hadn't updated from the GM... Giving me trouble

So im a little confused, can we jailbreak now if we updated a clean 3gs today with OS4?

They could JB a 3G for the last few weeks now. 3GS is still a negative

Anyone update Cydia? It says it is download 5 updates (complete upgrade) and get's to the end and still saying running. The spinning wheel is up top near wifi but after 20 min still doing nothing.

Unfortunately not. The 3G with GM Seed CAN be jailbroken but the 3GS is currently not supported for now.. hopefully in a few days or so.

Can the 3GS be jailbroken if its using an older firmware? Im not sure if its possible but would i be able to change firmwares from 4.0 to the one before that and then Jailbreak it?

I'm selling my 3G. I just jailbroke and unlocked with Ultrasn0w. Is there any way to be sure it worked without meeting up with the buyer and testing his sim card?
