ok so this is my first jb and i need some help when i go to download redsnow it ask me what to open it with can i get some help pease.

I am thinkin of using redsnow, just wondered what you used to open it?

used redsnow to jailbreak my 3G w/fw3.0 and cydia worked for about an hour and now it wont even launch..what is going on?

okay, just re jailbroke mine after restoring from the first due to the itunes problem, but since that works now, and things seem okay so far, I think its all good now.

Quick question though, can I restore and re sync to get my contacts/pics ext back? It'll still be jailbroken, yes?

Edit: arghh, I just restored (didnt actually specify which ipsw I wanted to do it from) and now Im unjailbroken again.
how do I jailbreak and get my backed up contacts and such back?
