General Redsnow untethered?

Can redsnow be used to jailbreak an iphone untethered when I hit the jailbreak button?

Yea I know. It's embarassing, but I did google first (always do), and everything I saw only talked about tethered.

You should know there are dozens of these "jailbreak wizards" online if you really had done a Google search.

Well the problem was some adware I had after installing something that brought me to an inferior search engine that looked like google.

Removed it then google gave me the answer I wanted.
