Other Reduce White point

Anyone else have this feature enabled? It makes it so much easier to look at the screen during extended use. Everytime I turn it off I find the screen way too white bright. I have this feature on 95% of the time.

I did with my 6+. But since then I just turn down the brightness significantly and use black backgrounds if I can. Night shift was huge for me since I do a lot of reading at night. Now with the Xs Max - night shift and black backgrounds and low brightness = love reading.

Only when using my phone in pitch dark. Easy to toggle in control center.
