reducing picture size

I am new to macs and have been exploring iphoto. Is there a way of reducing the resolution of photos in iphoto as i do not have photoshop😕

When you Export the images from iPhoto you should get a question as to what size you want the exports to be in. So import the large image(s) and then just use Export... 🙂
