Reenable Home Control in Control Center

So a while ago I read an article on how to disable the Home Control panel in Control Center. I never used it and felt it always got in the way. I also deleted the Home app.

Well now I have a few HomeKit enabled devices and want it back... I redownloaded the Home app and setup everything. Unfortunately, for the life of me, I CAN NOT figure out how to reenable home control in Control Center.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

So, turns out my Home App was the issue. Once I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and reconfigured my home layout, the control center panel activated again.
