Reference GTX 770 not working in 3,1

Trying to see if anyone can help.

I have an EVGA Reference GTX 770, and even after installing the latest NVIDIA Web Drivers and a fresh copy of Sierra, the card is still not doing anything.

The card itself is fine, it works great in my PC. What Gives? Fan isn't maxing out on it either.

The card has an 8 pin and an 6 pin power connector. Are all pins connected?

I have 2x 6 pins plugged in, those there are 2 pins not plugged in.

Yeah, that card needs an 8 pin power connection. Get an adapter.
