İ have macbook pro mid 2012 model osx elcapitan computer. And i install triple OS (bootcamp win7 & ubuntu 12) after installation macbook OS menu cant see ubuntu. i install refit bootable DVD and i start this DVD so ubuntu OS can start. İ can see refit menü. But i want refit menü on boot without dvd. İ install refind but didnt work. İ see EFİ device but only "bootlog" inside it. İ also do el capitan sip stop with (cmd+r & csrutil disable) but i didnt work refit boot menu or refind boot menu. İ need help

There is an option to write a specialised image of rEFInd to a use on a SD card or USB, Im not sure if installing rEFInd to the internal drive may be broken as of El Capitan as I never did that anyway. To use the SD card insert it into your computer and then hold the option key while booting and select 'EFI boot" from the menu.
El Capitan has SIP enabled by default so you need to disable it.

- Restart your Mac.
- Before OS X starts up, hold down Command-R and keep it held down until you see an Apple icon and a progress bar. Release. This boots you into Recovery.
- From the Utilities menu, select Terminal.
- At the prompt type exactly the following and then press Return: csrutil disable
- Terminal should display a message that SIP was disabled.
- From the menu, select Restart.
