I tried to do something like this in Workflow just now. You can do the selection of photos, and resizing, but that's as far as it goes at this point and you'd have to rely on something like a SSH script that connects to your computer and does the adjusting and watermarking there.

Something other with "Open with..." capability? That metadata bug in iOS 8 when copying photo from app like iFiles/Documents by Readdle/GoodReader/all others is annoying :-(
