Refreshing shared computers in Finder

On my network, sometimes my shared PCs dissapear or I turn on the PC and there is a 3-5 minute delay before it will show up in the Finder sidebard under "shared". Anyone know of a way to manually refresh the shared list?

I have the same issue ... I tried the solution posted, but it fails to show up.

Does anyone else have the same problem and found a solution other than rebooting the Mac and hoping for the best?
