I have an iPad. I downloaded a software from Apple App Store, only to find that it was for iPhone with the small screen. I completed a form on line and submitted to Apple App Store for a refund but only to be told to contact the software company. I emailed the software company, who told me to contact Apple App Store for the refund. Im getting the runaround. Anyone else has experienced this kind of runaround? Any suggestion as to how I can get a refund either from Apple App Store or the software company?
