I only refunded for 2 apps sense the creation of my apple id which was about 3 to 5 years ago. Anyone else having problems requesting a refund for a app ? Whenever I request a refund then choose the reason and write a description of the problem it never goes to pending refund status or whatever it use to do.

The refund only works within 15 mins of purchase as far as I can remember.

I thought that was only android. I never had this limit before on iOS apps but maybe I wasn't paying attention. If so no big deal. Lesson learned.

I can't be certain to be honest, I've only ever asked for 1 refund. Which app is it that you want a refund for?

europe
there is no 15min policy (neither in android, that was years ago. Playstore has a 2hours time frame just to cancel the purchase without any hazzle and reports though. Apple should have the same too. It is enough time to check the app and decide to keep or not.).

If you live in europe, you have 14days to cancel the purchase. No need to explain anything.

(But in this case there seems to be a problem with the reporting system.)
