iPod touch Refurb 4th Gen. iPod Touch now on Apple Store

Hey everyone,
Thought you might want to know that the online Apple Store is now carrying the refurbished fourth generation iPod Touch (or at least I haven't seen them before and). Prices come in at $199 for 8GB, $259 for 32GB, $339 for 64GB.

Right, and with tax it's higher than Amazon's tax- and shipping-free price of $204. I saw these yesterday too while looking for a 64gb Touch and almost placed an order for one, but realized that I was actually paying MORE from Apple than I would buying from Amazon - worked out to $369 or so from Apple, $364 from Amazon (AND buying from Amazon it's going to arrive today because I figured, what's $3.99 for overnight shipping? Now the price is even but way faster than Apple would have been.)

That's the price for the 3rd generation (released September 2009). Take another look at the store or at my screen capture.

I agree! I thought they might price it at 179 or 189. I guess they'll only go lower once the 5th gen comes out.

That would be the wise thing to do but some people just don't have the patience.

I was talking about iPhone 5 which is going to be released in July.

and yeah. for iPod touch 5th gen we have to wait till September.
